SVH Operations (TO DO)

What is a SVH?
The SVH is the bar responsible. They have an certificate to open the bar and serve alcohol to the guests. In Hubble they teach new bartenders how everything works, can send people away and make the operating decisions when they are on duty.

What priviledges do SVH's get in Hubble/Meteor?
Our community is very thankfull to have this many SVH that want to volunteer behind the bar and take up the extra responsibilities. Because of this, SVH can get cheaper shots, cheaper cocktails in Hubble, cheaper kegs, participate in the SVH activities and give more input on general bar operations.
