Hubble vs Meteor

Kwaktails were first responsible for creating the seasonals only, but that did create a 'zuip commissie' (committee that is there only for the alcohol) image which we wanted to change. We did not want to attract people with free alcohol and for that also came up with intiatives and events. Now most hours of the committee members is around those activities and initiatives.

The possibilities of the cafes do differ as Meteor has a cocktail machine which makes it easier sometimes to make cocktails and Hubble has some more room to experiment and to make mix drinks with hot drinks. Therefore, we approach the 2 bars in a different way:

Hubble

As Hubble is more beer focussed, we have a limited cocktail en mocktail menu. These are normally mix drinks. We normally only pick 1 seasonal per season and we do not organise as many cocktail evenings as in Meteor. The amounts of each ingredient is also very strict as the drinks must be easy to make and easy to understand for staff and volunteers.
