Hubble vs Meteor
Hubble has a different approach on creating cocktails then Meteor as Hubble have to make their cocktails mostly by hand while in Meteor most cocktails come from the cocktail machine. Because in the evening and sometimes in the weekends, the cafés run on volunteers and many of them might only be bartending every quartiel, the drinks must be easy to understand and to make.
Next to that, the cocktail price is already set and both have their own calculation of what recipe would be okay to have as a seasonal cocktail.
Hubble
Hubble is more focussed on beer and for this has focussed and also doesn't offer a lot of different cocktails & mocktails if you compare it with Meteor. Cocktails are often more expensive then Meteor and the cocktails need to be made by hand.
