Coffee in Meteor
In Meteor we serve the same coffees as in Hubble minus the iced coffees. However, since the Lattiz machine (milk machine) is not being used for the time being, we foam up milk for cappuccino’s and latte macchiato’s ourselves. To do this you fill a bar jug (1st picture) with special barista milk (2nd picture). Then, you put it under the frother of the machine (3rd picture) and open this lever (4th picture). To properly foam milk you start low with the frother and work your way up keeping the bottom of the frother in between the bottom layer of the milk foam and the top layer of the milk. After a small 10-20 seconds the milk will be hot and foamed up ready for use!
